A Finnish registered non-profit making Association is responsible for the general administration of the school. Any parent with a student attending the school may become a member of the Association. At the Annual General Meeting in school, the Association elects a Board of Governors from the parent body. The Board consists of nine members, all of whom are elected for a two-year term.
The Board elects amongst themeselves a Chairperson, Vice-Chairperson and Treasurer. Each Board member will also be apart of atleast one committee: Education, Finance, Development, Technology, or Projects & Construction. The members in each committee then elect a Chairperson to run their own committee meetings. The Chairperson of the Board shall ensure that Board meetings are held atleast 10 times in the course of one calendar year at intervals of approximately one month. Regular Board Meetings are public meetings.
